SyMO-Chem is run by researchers with various functions and backgrounds. Projects are managed by experienced research chemists that have a background and PhD in organic chemistry and/or polymer chemistry. Qualified technicians with expertises in diffent fields of chemistry and research are also involved in the progress of projects.

Of course, all personel of SyMO-Chem is fully dedicated to the project research and, though SyMO-Chem is stationed within university laboratories, none of the SyMO-Chem employees have any educational obligations or responsibilities. Apart from the people who are directly involved in the daily activities, a flexible work force can be called upon, for example when time becomes a demanding factor. Additionally, it is possible to consult experts from the Laboratory of Macromolecular and Organic Chemistry for dedicated purposes (e.g. consultation in specific mass spectrometry or NMR-spectroscopy techniques).
