The premises of our laboratory contain a high concentration of state-of-the-art (analytical) tools. All equipment is highly accessible for us, making it easy to perform measurements quickly and reliably. Thus, the infrastructure of our lab is ideal for conducting contract research activities in general, and for executing analytical measurements in particular. Possibilities exist in the following areas: mass spectrometry and mass analysis (MALDI-TOF-MS, (ESI)-LC-MS, Q-TOF-MS, GC-MS, DIP-MS, MS-MS, elemental analysis), NMR spectroscopy (magnets of various strenghts up to 500 MHz are available), other spectroscopies (UV/VIS, PL, FT-IR, CD/ORD, polarimetry), chromatography (HPLC, GC, SEC and semi-preparative HPLC) and thermal analysis (DSC).

The lab is equipped with some specialty reactors: a Parr hydrogenation reactor and a computer controlled 10 liter Belatec reactor. SyMO-Chem also has the possibility to use a peptide synthesizer.

Finally, for its work within research projects, SyMO-Chem has the possibility to use university facilities, such as access to the library, access to relevant (chemisty) search engines, etc.
